Rent includes Heat and Air conditioning. Large bright apartments with the old mill 8 ft windows. Blinds come with the unit. Laundry facilities on EACH floor. Air conditioned gym open all year long accessed by residents only with a separate key. Outdoor pool and BQ area. Activity center for the children for FREE. Spectacular rotunda upon entering. Elevator and stairs to each floor of the main building. Secure entrance. Capability with cable to view entrance way to see who is ringing your buzzer on a designated channel. Clean and maintained common areas. The only challenging part of this fabulous place is the parking. It is open parking for residence. Your car must have a sticker to park in the residence parking lot. The residence parking lot is monitored and they will tow if your vehicle doesnt have a sticker. There is a separate visitors parking lot that is well lit. Over all This is a dream come true and a true blessing to be a resident of Hayward Landing Apartments.
