The parking is terrible. Office is lazy when it comes to its response to this issue. Main lot is supposed to be for tenants only, yet guests and office staff park there. Office said they hired a towing company to tow cars without a sticker, yet NOBODY has seen a tow truck here in what seems like forever. The laundry rooms seem to be always dirty.The kids and teenagers are always hanging around the front od the building or running around the hallways. The maintanance staff,although they can be nice, are lazy and slow to respond. The girls in the office have there favorite tenants and their not so favorite and treat them accordingly. Be careful what you say to them because they gossip to other tenants about other tenants. If things are so great here then why are they trying to get a tenant committee going to protect our rights as tenants.
