Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
1) Horrible management. They don't know how to treat residents. Very uncooperative and rough. They treat residents as if they are doing resident a favor by letting them rent.
2) Terrible construction noise for the last 8 months and likely to last another 6-8 months atleast.
3) Very poor snow removal during winter.
4) Frequent parking restriction. ( eg. "move your car during the middle of the day" ... if you have a second car and you are at work they are going to tow your car away !).
5) The only reason I'm still here is the lease.
