If I were you, think again.
We had flood last year on every room including kitchen. I still have pictures of flooding, mold, and stains. It took 1 month to fix it. And they didn't replace carpets. Moreover, they never made an apology. We discarded very memorable furnitures (sofa and tea table) and camcorder. They never listen b/c they are very busy. Only thing they are very sharp: LATE FEE. ZERO TOLERANCE. Sometime they lied to us and took late fee. I didn't want to fight with mean people. I just gave late fee. She thought I was fool.
PR used to be a nice community, I remember I highly recommended before. Now, it's totally different story. Ask any resident who has lived there for at least 2 years. Maybe elderly residents, I hope there are still few, may kindly tell the story in detail. Most nice neighbors I knew left this community.
Just think twice before to move in.
