Princeton Reserve

I'm somewhat disheartened to hear some of the negativity by those who posted reviews before me. I've been living at Princeton Reserve for almost two years now and have hardly heard a single complaint from my neighbors or any of the other people who live at Princeton Reserve. We all really enjoy living here.

The property itself is in Dracut. I haven't heard anyone complain that they would rather be paying Lowell car insurance. The buildings do have their quirks, but what other thirty year old structure doesn't? Keep in mind, you're getting what you pay for. Any 2 bedroom apartment under $1000 in this area is a steal!It's removed from the heavily traveled Mammoth Rd and we barely hear any traffic noise. Location wise, it's ideal! I don't even need to cross the river to get to Nashua. The property also has above average parking. To have lots outside of each building is really quite impressive for this area. Not to mention the fact that they accomodate both my car and my wife's car.

I've had some very good experiences with their maintenance staff. The guy with the funny British accent has been very helpful in fixing all of our concerns (getting my sons toys out of the plumbing!) I can't remember waiting longer then 48 hours to have something fixed or repaired. Usually they do it the same day.

Their office staff has been very helpful as well. I've lived in other communities where there have been much worse! They are polite, professional, and friendly. They run a business though. Last winter my car was towed when I couldn't move it when they were trying to plow because I was away for the holiday. Sure I was aggravated...but it was my fault for leaving for an extended period of time during the winter without making other accomodations. It's not like they were being unfair or anything.

Overall, I think my wife and I are very happy we invested in Princeton. We plan to stay here until we have saved enough for a house. I would highly recommend this property.
