We highly recommend this apartment.
Inside is cleanly renovated in year 1999. People in the apartment office are nice. The neighborhood is safe and nice. It is very close to UMASS as well as an elementary school. You can use the attic to store your stuff. No fancy gym nor swimming pool. We don't recommend the 1BR because it is in the half-basement and also next to the coin laundry room, and can be noisy all the time. The only weak point of this apartment is far away from the highway exit. It took about 15 minutes to get to the highway in the morning because you have to cross the bridge, which is quite a bit of time for the commuters.
