Overpriced; watch out for greedy management

The apartments are billed as "luxury", which essentially means high priced. They include HBO, but are actually rather smallish.
Biggest drawback though is the management. They are rule-obsessive about everything you do. Even worse, they are greedy. Beware when it comes to lease negotiation time, as they will try to squeeze every penny they can out of you.
