I have lived here for 6 years starting in a one bedroom which I really had no complaints about.But, I swithched to a two bedroom in 1996 and have had nothing but problems. For one the rugs and floors are pitiful, Just plain nasty and they will not replace.Maintence has not been to bad for me but he visits often.The woman that manages the complex is very nice but seems a bit two faced so be careful.Another thing there is not one tenant in here paying the same price.I currently pay $750 for a two bedroom which is definetly good but I have heard of others in the paying less that have been in there less time that I have.
The last thing I would like to mention is that the woman portia will rent to anybody!!We have ------- in there and they smell everything up.Don't even bother using the 1 washer and 1 dryer per building since your clothes will smell like curry forever.plus there are people in there from haiti and there are like 10 people living in one of the two bedrooms.they are loud and obnoxious.Also the walls are paper thin and you can hear and smell everything including your next door neighbor smoking 3 packs a day.
i want to add that I am not a bigot is any way but just wanted to tell the way it is..
