Great living quarters with all the things you wish those pricey Boston apartments included (free heat, hot water). Very reasonable price. Harbor-front, great location. Regular security and responsive management.

Management team is the best - kind, understanding, accomodating, patient - qualities you can't find in other Boston management companies. Ask for Nick.

Yes when Nick was there management was very easy..he is no longer there and things have changed to say the least, management does not always do things legally now.
