I have lived here for a year since the day it opened and it has been wonderful. The staff are great especially Nick who has been the BEST!!! We have the best view of harbor and financial district and it is only 20 minutes to downtown. Though there are lot of neighbors it does not feel loud or crowded. The building is clean and safe, street parking and underground ($) not too expensive.
