There has been brake in's drugs the cops are that the building almost every night. For the people that wrote good things about this place I don't think there ever home or they keep there eyes closed. There is so many problems here its not funny. Just watch your 11 news. and trying to place renters with leasers bad mistask. I'm paying 1,300 a month and the person next store is paying 120.00 with 3 kids that are all trouble. Who ever thought of this idea was crazy can't wait to my lease is up to get out of this place.

I have lived here for a year and just renewed for a 2nd year... I pay $1900 a month and think it is well worth it to be so close to Boston. I have never heard of any of these issues and I think it has been a great experience living here. If you have so many problems why not talk to management about them. They have always responded quickly to everything I have asked and that is one of the reasons I am staying. It sounds like you have a chip on your shoulder and I would not want to be your neighbor.

I have also had the same problem, between the fights between neighbors you can hear through the thin walls, as well as the ever so common smell ofmarijuana in the elevators and throughout the building. Management should redo cori's for all people living in the building not just those on the lease. Security is lackinh, i have had to call the police for unruly and loud kids at 3 in the morning, would not recommend for anyone with class.

Well, all I can say is that Maverick Landing is an affordable community. they thought it would be nice to have mxed incomes so that there could be some variety. But theses people thatlive there are animals. They are always fighting, yelling. I can't wait until my lease is up. The management team there is HORRIBLE! 1800.00 that I am paying every month is not worth it at all.
