I lived at Maverick Landing for 2 years. I found the Management cold, rude and unresponsive...they love to post notices threatening legal action...if they dislike you, they will sic their lawyers on you, especially one particular cockmonkey named Jackowitz....Acutally posted a notice prohibiting kids from playing in an unused parking lot threatening legal action....DON'T LIVE THERE!

Seems funny that a management company would spend money on an attorney if there wasn't a reason. Maybe the management company isn't the problem.

I don't think you lived there, so you try living with high crime (robberies, machete attacks, shootings, etc.) combined with unreasonable management charging people $1300-$1800 a month for the units that the Sec. 8 tenants were paying $200 a month for...
