Former tenant of this DUMP, They never fixed anything, my apartment was never updated, the lowlifes they let in the complex got worse every year. I finally was able to get a job that afforded me the opportunity to move. It was dangerous to go out after dark. The noise, drugs, fights, you name it it happened. They should condem that dump and jail all the people who work there. The office staff is the biggest thieves in the business and they are robbing the government blind with the low income rent. They would do recert every year and fudge the dates and rent the last recert I went through they tried to charge me full rent of $1700. I didn't make 1/3 of that in a month. They figured I'd pay and they would pocket the difference of what my rent should of been which was only around 960-980 per month. I just left I should of gotten a lawyer and pressed a case with HUD but I just wanted out and nothing to do with that junkie/hooker/murders hangout etc complex ever again.
