TOTAL RIPOFF! I lived at Maverick Landing for 2 years. I found the Management cold, rude and unresponsive...they love to post notices threatening legal action...if they dislike you, they will sic their lawyers on you, especially one particular cockmonkey named Jackowitz....Acutally

i think it was bcuz they wanted to "save" sumone else a house that they knew

Great place I have lived here for a year since the day it opened and it has been wonderful. The staff are great especially Nick who has been the BEST!!! We have the best view of harbor and financial district and it is only 20 minutes to downtown. Though there are lot of neighbors it does not feel
