Management told us what we wanted to hear to sign lease, then everything changed. They refuse to fix or replace washers/dryers and tell anyone who calls, "Your the only one who complains."
Will rent to anyone to fill a unit. Don't take my word, check with Weymouth Police records.
Will not replace lower level carpet in hallway even after multiple floodings.
Most tenants are great; the bad handfull make it not worth it.
Owner/management simply don't care after your in.
