Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
It seems the previous comments are true to my experience with Dusty and the Deluca family.
Not sure why they seem to speak differently to me once I was in the apartment' Anyway, not happy with some types of people they let in and thier lack of care to good tenants that follow the rules.
It would be so easy to screen wack-jobs to not let them in too'
