I've been living at pleasant brook for 4 months and so far it is fine. Dusty is true to what he tells you, and is great with maintenance. I called them to fix our window and check our toilet and they had someone there to fix it in less than a half hour. No complaints as of yet. And by the way, your gonna have a few bad or loud tenants regardless of where you live. If you don't like apartment living, then take on another job and buy a house.
