Life there was fine at first. Then after 2-3 months''' We were told that most people living in the Broad St. building worked at State Street and were professionals. Not quite true. There have been on-going issues that are beyond reasonable apartment living status and the management seems annoyed when asked what is being done about it.
I don't believe the management would allow such overall conditions if they were actually living in the building. And they OWN laundry-mats, they can't put a couple working units in the building'
At least pretend to care that other people matter and that although we're renters', it's our home. I just wish we read a review like this prior to signing.
