Not the worst place I've lived, but also very far from the best. I'm still here because moving is too expensive, not because I enjoy living here.

There's a lot of problem with kids trespassing and teens partying and drinking in the former tennis courts. There have been a few break-ins this year and senior management seems to be unwilling to do much about it. Residents aren't readily informed of these security issues. Make sure to check the police log before moving in here or anywhere.

The walls are paper-thin and you can often hear your neighbor showering, talking, and cooking smells, as well as cigarette smoke, drift up.

The bathrooms are poorly constructed, with walls made from sheet rock and not greenboard and that lends itself to a terrible mold problem. This seems to be a problem that exists throughout the complex and has existed for quite some time, according to a friend who lived here in the 80s and eventually sold their condo because of it.

Some of the residents are very nice, but there seems to be little interaction. Management is pleasant to speak to, but often inefficient and maintenance is stretched too thin, leaving things unrepaired or the resident to repair things themselves.
