Really........get a grip I've been a resident with the Delucas for many years and am Quite happy.
I'm sure there are "people" we all wish would find a new Home or Roost as the case would be. I find the Office listens and goes out of their way to fix or solve "MY" dilemmas.

Poor management It seems the previous comments are true to my experience with Dusty and the Deluca family.

Wish I never signed lease Office nice at first, until something needs to be done about situations or other tenants. Maintenence is fine but, they'll let anyone in. Must not check backgrounds or don't care?

Not for decent tenants Management told us what we wanted to hear to sign lease, then everything changed. They refuse to fix or replace washers/dryers and tell anyone who calls, "Your the only one who complains."

Happy to live hear! I have lived a short time at Stone Run East and I can't think of anything bad to say about it. The neighbors almost ALL look out for each other and each others kids. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the staff is superb! We plan on staying for a long time. Keep up
