There are so many things that I love about BCM! The Manager and staff here are great! Any repair needs tend to be completed within a day or two (depending on the job). The building and it's grounds are always well kept, including during snow storms =O) I live on the 5th floor, and hardly ever hear a peep from neighbors. I have a lovely view of the river, and the sunsets are absolutely amazing! I utilize the 24 hour gym all the time, and love being able to go for a swim year round. Rent is extremely reasonable (especially considering heat and a million direct TV channels are included). Apartments are very current and it is very easy to forget you are in an apartment building once home. There is a nice private area near the pool for grilling/cookouts. There are annual parties that are always lots of fun. I have lived here with my husband for about 6 years. My mother-in-law also lives here (and loves it just as much). I love all of the conveniences that come with living here. Don't think we'll be moving out for a while.
