At first I was very impressed with my apartment, but shortly after living there saw people constantly moving in and out and sadly realized there must be some problem here, which I discovered from talking to tenants and my own experience. Yearly they raise the rent, not just by 20.00 or 30.00, but by 100 , ours was raised 140.00 more a month. So now we are looking for amother place. I had high hopes of living here the rest of my life, but with thier large yearly increases that is impossible. Sadly to say I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, unless you like to moving. I am pained at how they dare do this to fine tenants..
