Lots of problems!

We just moved out of Four Winds after more than a year. Overall, the staff was friendly and professional and the we never had to wait long for requested maintenance. However...this is the noiseiest apartment complex I have ever lived in. I could literally hear every word that the people above me said. We were frequently woken up by our upstairs neighbors, not because they were loud, but because of the construction. It sounded like our celining was caving in every time they got up to go to the bathroom. You can hear EVERYTHING! There were frequent vehicle break-ins also. There was also not anywhere to park after about 9pm. Our apartment was on the ground floor and the mold was terrible. It was everywhere! The swimming pools that we thought were the best part were rarely open while we lived there. The jacuzzi was never open due to repairs and both pools were usually either closed for maintenance or too dirty to swim in. We moved out as soon as out lease is finished. It's probably one of the nicest complexes in the area, but was still not a pleasant living situation.
