I moved there in September of 2004. They stuck me on the bottom floor and every move that the upstairs neighbors took was heard. A couple of weeks later I decided to upgrade and move to the 3rd floor in search of happiness. Well it was short lived. First I could still hear the next door neighbors quite clearly and second, the guy underneath me was now unhappy because he could hear me walk. He developed this habit of hitting on the ceiling to convey his feelings of unhappiness for having to hear the noises of normal living. He would even bang on the ceiling if we rolled over in our beds. I informed the staff who just lied and said that it was probably the pipes popping because of the cold (hehehe). Well to make a long story short, in March, some 6 months after moving in, I paid a month and a half worth of rent (some $1700), just to get the hell out of there. The place looks beautiful but the construction is mickey mouse. Don't do it unless you like to suffer and throw money away. H. Perez
