Four Winds

All the negatives that you have read above are TRUE! The first one especially. We have had the same problem with a tenant downstairs being angry for just doing normal walking on the floors. We're stuck in the middle...2nd floor. It's the most horrible situation I've ever had to endure. We have moved out of our master bedroom because it sounds like the tenants above us are having sex in our bedroom. IT's HORRIBLE! AND...I can't believe no one has mentioned the odor. I am a clean freak and when I walk into my apartment, it smells like something died. After a year of complaints and the management and maintenence making me feel like I was crazy, they have finally admitted to it and are now blaming it on the landfill...telling us to sign a petition. IT'S FOUR WINDS not the landfill! I'm getting ready to call the health department! DON'T EVEN TURN INTO THE DRIVEWAY. They call it LUXURY??? It's an expensive dump with a pretty exterior.
