Moved in the beginning of the year, and it was cool at first. Now that summer is here, the dickhead on the first floor hogs up the courtyard, with his 3 screaming kids and grills all weekend long. No courtesy what so ever. People constantly slam doors, no where to park after 9pm unless you want to walk 2 miles to your apt. Come to find out, visitor parking and tenent parking dont mean ----, even if you have a tenant parking sticker. Pet policy sucks also. they charge an arm and a leg to have a cat, and are not specific with dog situations. You sign a lease stating its "at the managements" discretion but never mention exact details. Some people have dogs and have gotten dogs and received lease violations because of this. This is due to nosy-ass old people who live here and have nothing better to do but to stick their nose in peoples business. Over all, nice apts., management are -------, and no one gives a ---- about noise.

Dear "Princess", I totally agree w/ you on the parking situation and some aspects of the noise. They should have assigned parking. The noise is relative as rude people do not take heed to the "9:00 PM to 9:00 AM quiet time" as stated in the lease. Usually the same people who do not read the lease to begin with. Depending on what building you're refering to, the "dickhead" only has 2 kids and depending upon age, the other one belongs to someone else. BTW - kids make noise - I advise you don't have any if you can't deal w/ them playing in the yard. Summer is for grills, they are 10 feet away from the building, as stated in the lease, if you cared to read. Obviously you didn't because it sounds like you got a dog w/o clarifying "at the managements discression". As for the "nosy-ass" old person, take a long look at yourself....you already sound like one...just think what you'll be like in 50 years.

Well, you obviously know which people have kids, because you stated that he has 2 and one is not his. I dont know and honestly I dont care. I just think when you live in a sitaution like that, a little respect goes a long way. Having a fight with your kid(s) and slamming doors full force isnt what I call courtesy. As for the dog, it was a neighbor of mine. They still have it, as do others, along with cats that managemnt will never know about. I just think its crummy people have nothing better t do that rat others out. We live together for pete's sake. Thanks for the response

This review seriously needs to be edited. With all the "nasty" words and whatnot makes me feel that the author might have caused some disrespects to other tenants. I have a son, and yes, he does scream from time to time and people need to realize that kids have the tendency to scream for no apparent reason. Go complain to management if it really gets that serious. I have some friends that live at this place and they love it (4 year tenants). They're only complaints are the parking and every once in awhile a couple decides to get into a screaming match. For any reader's, I wouldn't take any of these reviews too seriously. These people were probably evicted and just want somewhere to complain.
