I am suprised by all of the negative comments about this property. I lived there for 1 1/2 years and LOVED it. I only moved because my roommate had to relocate. I would move back in a heartbeat. I had a beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor of building 16. It was always extremely quiet, and I never heard the people below or next to me. Also, my downstairs neighbor never had an issue with hearing us. Granted, some of my reduced noise might be because I didn't face the courtyard areas - that meant other buildings weren't near me and there wasn't grass right outside for children/people to congregate.
My apartment was in beautiful condition when I moved in. The wall to wall carpeting was clean, fresh paint on the walls, and everything was working great. Whenever I had maintenance issues, it was fixed within 2 business days. My apartment was on the corner, so it was bright and sunny. The laundry facility downstairs was always working and kept very clean.
I used the excersise facility and pools all the time. The jacuzzi was out of order sometimes, but as another poster noted, that was usually because someone allowed thier kids to play with it. The outdoor pool was always clean and open in the summer - I spent almost every weekend there. There was always a nice group of people (and children) at the pool who were neighborly and respectful.
My building was right next to the biggest parking area, so I never had issues with that. If you need/want to park right outside your front door everyday, then this may not be the place for you. As with any complex style apartments, it's just not always going to happen. Also, one negative was that when it snowed, it was difficult to get up the driveway (there is a large hill). So if you don't have 4 wheel drive, and it's a bad winter, you may be late for work.
After reading the others reviews, I don't know if I was just lucky to live in a building with other respectful adults, but I somehow doubt it. The management is great, the apartments are beautiful, and if you can't deal with a LITTLE bit of noise, buy a house.
I recommend that anyone wanting a pretty surrounding, close to the highways, check this out. Go there during the day as well as the evening so you can judge for yourself if the place is too noisy/active.
