I only lived there a few months, but thought it was a nice place. The grounds were beautiful, and kept up very nicely. Located in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood. The view from the grounds was beautiful,as you can see the river and all the houses on the other side.
However, I had a one bedroom, townhouse apt. It was very small and walls were thin. The idea that it used to be a hospital may be bothersome to some people as well. Management and maintenance were very polite and accomodating.
