A nightmare

Moved in in 2002.
Was nice then.
But soon uncovered several deceptions.
The security cameras were for show.
So was the emergency system they advertised.
The management company started letting the property deteriorate about that time.
Is now 25% occupied by Section 8, which is fine; however, the property has not passed MassHousing inspections for years.
I have seen a list of Health Code violations a mile long; some tenants who claim to be "in the know" describe the building as a "death trap".
