The rent is way to high for what you get. The staff are liars and slow to respond and that's if you can reach anyone in the office EVER! If you decide to give it a try make sure you inspect the apartment before move in day or you may be moving in with grudge and grime. Be careful what you leave outside as maintenance may pick it up and discard it for you in the dumpster. The heating system they boast heat and hot water included what they don't tell you is that your heat will not turn above 72' and the floor on the 1st floor is so cold that you can physically feel the chill in the air as you descend your staircase. If you report a spider infestation do not ever expect anyone to do anything about it. If you enjoy walking the grounds or have children to play in the grass watch for dog poop everywhere...and the landscaping in most places is just dirt and mud when it rains. If they promise you that washer/dryer are to come soon DO NOT BELIEVE THEM as they again lie.....Most of the time the laundry rooms have machines that do not operate correctly and they are overcrowded. Parking stinks you are assigned 1 spot for a 3 bedroom apt.When you plan to leave expect charges for the unexpected. This property is highly overrated and after renting here for a year we could not wait to leave and would never recommend renting here to even our worst enemy.
