I was told when I moved in that the washer laundry room was getting "completely redone"
Nope!!! I was also told that the ac units were going to be switched over to "central air" (would make sense, since they take up SO much room in the bedroom and living room.
And one last thing... if you are looking for peace and quite! DO NOT MOVE HERE! to me it's a over priced place in Fall River and on a VERY load st!You have Durffy one side and STAR drug clinic on the other! ::hmmmm tough decision:::: SAVE SOME TIME AND MONEY!

Actually, the laundry rooms will be renovated this year! All new flooring, painting, new tankless water heater system to provide more space, more table space to fold, newer seating area and the best part... All NEW equipment! Renovating two laundry rooms takes time (permits, contractors, etc.) and money. Since rental increases are so small, it takes time to earn enough money to warrant a $10,000 upgrade! But... the time is now! Laundry room renovations will begin in late November and should be complete by year end! Hang in there...it's coming very soon. :)
As for central A/C - the cost outweighs the benefit unfortunately, but the two provided wall units cool the apartments appropriately in the warmer months. Some communities don't even offer wall or window units!
This is a WONDERFUL place to live!
