I lived at president village for two years and they were very nice to us. The only reason we moved was because we moved out of state. The parking is hard sometimes because they only give you one spot however there is ample parking on the street we never had a problem parking or having friends park when they came over. The grounds were kept up nice. The maintenance was so nice. One time I broke my lock on my back door and one of the maintenance men came immediately even though he was in the middle of dinner with his wife. They also knew my dogs name and ever time they saw us they would make a point to stop and pet my dog and say hello to me. Also one time a young man was going door to door trying to sell magazines as a scam and another one of the maintenance men walked around door to door letting everyone know it was a scam and not to buy anything even though that was not his job. As far as the office staff they are so accomodating we gave our thirty day notice but then we realized we couldn't leave and they let us stay which they didn't have to do. There are two laundry rooms and they are popular but if you do your laundry on a weekday it's usually not bad but if you are having problems there is a laundry mat five minutes away. President village is a little pricey but it's worth it your getting a NICE town home not an apartment. I loved living here our neighbors, maintenance, and staff were all so nice and we have yet to find an town home/apartment as nice as president village. If we moved back we would go back in a heartbeat.
