The people here are nice, but nice doesn't cut it when things are leaking and mold is growing inside the walls. The apartments appear nice and clean, but it's what you DON'T see that matters ... walls leaking from rain, brown water coming through the ceiling of the bathroom, kitchen sink that leaks everytime the dishwasher is run. All of which promote the growth of molds and yes even black toxic mold!! They "fix" things only to have them break in a week or so .. I'm not thrilled about the way things are done or not done here.
On a better note the long timers or people who have lived here for years are wonderful and very helpful, so even if you're wading through knee high brown water at home you can always find a friendly face outside to visit with while maintanance "fixes" things.
