I lived at Rolling Green Apartments for about a year and a half and found it to be a pretty decent place to live. They are located in a great location right off the highway. It was easy to go to Boston or Providence from there.

They do have a few problems but compared to other places it's not so bad. Gangs never seemed like a problem unless things have changed since 2002. They will always be groups of kids that hang out but it doesn?t always mean they are getting into trouble either. As far as repairs are concerned, once, water had leaked in from the outside wall and shorted out an outlet. It was promptly fixed and never occurred again. The paint in the bathtub began to peel and was also promptly repainted. There seems to be plenty of maintenance staff because repairs never had to wait more than 2 days at the absolute most. (Where I live now in Attleboro, we have to wait up to two weeks for even the simplest repairs to be done. So only waiting 2 days maximum is a blessing.)

The office personnel acted professional. I lived in one of the back buildings that overlooked the river so parking was never a problem. The apartment was spacious & quiet with 2 huge walk-in closets. Rent was excellent considering that it included electricity. My apartment there had 3 air conditioners and the complex had a pool as well.

One of the things I didn?t like was that the laundry machines used a debit type card that could only be refilled when the office was open. My work schedule rarely allowed me to get to the office before it closed.

Overall, I think it is a decent place to live. Since I work out of state, it became inconvenient to stay there otherwise I'd still be living there today.
