My fiance and I came to this apartment complex as a beginning to our future. SO far they have done nothing but nickeled and dimed us. Because my fiance and I applied, they made us pay 2 seperate application fees (40 each) when in all reality only one of us would be on the lease. There was a $195 move in fee, although nothing was clean. Not only that but apartment insurance was required- an extra $130. They tried to charge us 50 for a bag of trash that was "hanging" out of the trash container. Rent is 1025 for a 2 bedroom, but was reduced the week before we moved in and they wouldnt adjust the price for us either. I should of known from the beginning....

i have spoken with the managment office and the reason they charge each of you seperate application fees is they pull criminal and credit checks. Also as most communities they require all residents over the age of 18 to be lease signers. if your going to live there you need to be on the lease. i don't blame them for wanting to know who lives there. Also they explained the rent to me as well. the rents change daily. if you rented something for 1000.00 and the rent went up they wouldn't have adjusted that either. it is just like the air lines if your locked in your locked in. That isn't a bad deal. I like it here as soon as they have something available for me I will be renting.
