I lived in a one bedroom apartment at Royal Crest with my boyfriend for less than a year. We had nothing but positive experiences. We rarely had to call maintenence and the one time that we did the problem was fixed within 24 hours. The rental prices are incredibly reasonable and the grounds are attractive and very well kept. The pool is clean. The workout facility is modest but does the job. The residents are friendly and respectful of each others' privacy. If I returned to Fall River I would choose Royal Crest in a heart beat.
