People who don't have three digits in their I.Q. shouldn't write reviews!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
Please disregard the last person's review. I have lived at this complex for over a year and it was great. There are mostly older people and so it is not the ideal place for a young person. But because of the older folks, it is very quiet. You don't have to worry about tons of idiot drunken 20 year olds. Imagine actually being able to get a good night's sleep on a Saturday night if you'd like to. Yes, there are a lot of trees so perhaps satellite is a problem, (fortunately there is Comcast) but the trees are an invaluable asset. They establish an asthetic appeal that is uncommon for many apartment communities; as do the flowers, shrubs, and for that matter the entire impeccably maintained landscaping of the estate. You might as well say, "there would be more parking spots if only AIMCO would fill in that blamed swimming pool and pave over the tennis courts!" What is NOT asthetically pleasing and in fact looks quite "ghetto" is when a complex becomes covered with everyone's satellite dishes hanging off the sides of all the buildings - so thank God for the trees!!! Unless of course you are more concerned with sitting on your but all day in front of the TV watching 101 channels of infomercials and Jerry Springer. Now I must defend the management here because they are just about the best group of people you could find. Norm, Vivian, and Katie are the best and they can't do enough for their guests. I don't live at Royal Crest anymore (I had to move because of work) so I have no vested interest in writing this review. I just don't want people to be falsly swayed by some ignorant moron who sounds like he/she would be happier and feel more at home if they lived in the Archdale Housing Projects, where there are no trees - just pavement with broken glass, and of course -you can hang a satellite dish - (two if you'd like) from every window. Norm, Vivian, Katie, I miss you guys!
