I lived at Royal Crest for a year, and I was very happy with it. The office staff was always nice and respectful. Maintenance was very quick to respond (called on three occasions, never took more than an hour to come to my apt). The grounds are maintained very well, always clean and well landscaped, and snow removal was top notch. Not once did I have a problem with parking, there were always plenty of spaces for me and any guests I had. The pool and tennis courts were both very nice, as well as the clubhouse.

I did have a couple issues. A package was delivered to me once which ended up missing, and I had a table on my patio that was stolen. I told the office staff, who said the trash man probably thought I wanted it thrown out (this table had no place on a patio, it was clearly an indoor table and it was on its side, just put it there for 1 night and I was bringing it to my storage facility the next morning). They said they'd look into it and get back to me, I never heard back.
