your up and downside to a furnished apt

depending on the price of the apt, you would get a depressing, small apt or you want something nicer you have to deal with the ugly furniture that comes with it.

the apt owner can be nice one minute then bite a big chunk out of you for saying anything she does not want to hear from your lips
