I've lived as a tenant with Winter Apts. fofr almost 12 years. The convience of having a furnished place at the time I was looking was ideal and the fact that they are all studios and 1 bedrooms means there are no kids running around day and night.
Have had no trouble worth mentioning with fellow tenants and neighbors in all the time I've been here.
The owner is currently trying to sell all the properties so we'll see what the future holds.
