Lived there and had big black carpenter ants all over the apartment from a dead tree in the front yard. Shower leaked constantly, called and called maintenance and it was never fixed. Oily, greasy water from kitchen and bathroom taps. Pool was dirty, unsupervised kids always there. Lighting fixtures always popping light bulbs. Mailboxes were at the front of the complex, meaning a five-minute walk every day for the mail-- not bad in summer, but a real pain in the winter or when it was raining.
