Granted ...it has been years since I have lived here. I stayed for two years, moved to another apartment during that time after being harassed by a mentally ill man who also harassed many woman at that time. Seemed to stop after a while. Second apartment I lived in was no better...man below me would pound on his ceiling. What a pain. Floors are thin. When I left all my dishes, small appliances had black soot on them. I don't even smoke, but the ventilation must be that bad...apartment always smelled of smoke.

On the up side. I never had a problem with management and when I did need maintenance they were there in no time, and was friendly.
