nice place I've lived here for 12 years and find it very pleasant. When ever I have a maintenance problem, they are here and take care of it. Office staff has always been excellent. I don't give them any reasons not to be nice, I pay my rent on time and don't cause problems.

crappy I didn't even end up moving here, I pulled into go see the apartments which looked crappy anyways, then walked into the rental office and the old lady was SOOO rude and bitchy I just walked out, i didn't even want to see a place after that. Honestly they aren't worth

Extremely squeaky floors, so get one on the top floor and the parking's terrible. Don't expect to have guests spend the night often. Also, the parking spaces are so small, you either hit a car trying to get out or you'll be hit. Not worth $700 a month.

Meh, OK Nice apartments, but the Manintanece staff isn't as promt as the ad's leave you to believe. Cats cost a lot extra, and the elementary school noises are annoying if you work nights or sleep late.

One word: ANTS! Lived there and had big black carpenter ants all over the apartment from a dead tree in the front yard. Shower leaked constantly, called and called maintenance and it was never fixed. Oily, greasy water from kitchen and bathroom taps. Pool was dirty, unsupervised kids always
