Long time tenant Although parking is a challenge they have continued to work on trying to fix the problems. This community offers a safe place to call home with hardly any crime. The staff is friendly and quick to fix any issues that arise as soon as possible.

nice place I've lived here for 12 years and find it very pleasant. When ever I have a maintenance problem, they are here and take care of it. Office staff has always been excellent. I don't give them any reasons not to be nice, I pay my rent on time and don't cause problems.

Extremely squeaky floors, so get one on the top floor and the parking's terrible. Don't expect to have guests spend the night often. Also, the parking spaces are so small, you either hit a car trying to get out or you'll be hit. Not worth $700 a month.

Meh, OK Nice apartments, but the Manintanece staff isn't as promt as the ad's leave you to believe. Cats cost a lot extra, and the elementary school noises are annoying if you work nights or sleep late.
