These apartments seem to be very comfortable and quiet when one first moves in only to find a certain set of people living here to no less than criminals. A few months back one of the dweller murdered his own son just because he was angry. A few residents behave indecently in public, especially in the nites when they are around. This is a group of women who live in one single apartment (the faces keep changing every 2 months) and they are apparently some strippers. Whats more shocking is they are close with the on-site management and go scot-free for all their indecent behavior. I would strongly recommend decent families with children to keep away from these apartments.
There have been roberies happening so they called in Archer Security who make rounds once in a while. Do not understand what these security guys look for!! There is no security at all in these apartments.

This is one of the worst apartment buildings in the area. Before you even think of moving in, drive up in the parking lot at night. You will see a bunch of cars in bad condition, which only means the management isn't fussy who they rent to. The kids who live there over run the place with skateboards and bicycles. The apartments are extremely old. The kitchen and bedroom area are the size of a postage stamp. The is a poor mainteniance and rental staff.
