Good Recently moved into 52 Pleasant St. The common areas have been updated with ceramic tile and new coin operated laundries. The owners are always at the building working on the apartments. The apartment I rented was renovated with new lights and tile. The neighbors are quiet.

Negligent management DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF MOVING TO THESE APARTMENTS! HIGHLY INSECURE and apartments are too small for the rent they charge. The partments are more than 40 yearsold and no maintenance effort is done. Management is rude and does not bother to respond to problems.
