Sewage floods apartments For the 2nd time in 3 years, 8 apartments were flooded by raw sewage coming in through their bathrooms. Most of the residents belongings were ruined. Mold and other flooding is rampant throughout and they never fix things properly. (Plus the fact that drugs are a real

don't live here Meadowbrook Apartments (at one time named Country Land Estates) is below standards and in adequate. Management has oppressed tenant occupancy with lack of caring and respect. To put it "mildly" they don't give a S**T!

You can definately find better I found this place because, at the time, it was Section 8 approved and had a 2 bedroom available. I have since found out that drugs are rampant and the maintainance people have a total lack of respect for the tenants. I had difficulties getting problems fixed.
