The apartments are all well maintained and the office staff has always had an answer to any question that I had. Not only did they have the answers but they handled me as if I was the only tenant. I never waited longer than a day to have anything repaired and the gentlemen that answered all of my calls where always kind and receptive.
I would and will highly recommend Putnam Village for anyone looking for an apartment. You can always tell the success of a complex by the satisfaction of the tenants. I did not meet a single tenant who had nothing but praise for their living arrangements.

I wouldn't be surprised if you actually worked for Mayfair. I've never found a tenant that was happy with their service, and the bad attitude of the office staff is usually number one on their list of complaints.
