I honestly can't believe that anyone would give this place a positive rating. The office staff is so miserable, that I can't accurately explain how bad they are without resorting to expletives.

As for the maintenance on this complex - it is horrible. Don't expect them to ever fix anything and if you even bother to ask expect to be treated like a leper. In fact, don't call for anything, the office staff is much happier if they are only processing checks and not making sure the site is maintained.

As for security - some of the apartment complexes have buzzers on the buildings, but others do not - they are not at all secure. Also, don't expect any of the outside lights to work - security is not a concern with them.

All in all - stay far, far away from this place unless you want headache after headache.

Just another note - they have laundry facilities on site - but don't expect them to work, in fact, expect them to ruin or even dirty your clothing more. And again, don't expect them to fix this problem - no matter how often you call.

no, I've never been employed by this place - but I think other positive reviews on this site were written by employees posing as renters to bump up their rating - very pathetic.
