I moved here 3 months ago. The apartment had been lived in by the previous tenant for 22 years. The apartment was recarpeted, repainted, retiled... When I had seen it initially, the old carpet had been already pulled out, and it was in the process of being totally redone. Right now, I love walking across the plush carpet in my bare feet. Possibly not every apartment would be redone this thoroughly before a new tenant moves in. But the rental woman kept saying to me, "When you move in, it's going to be perfect" ... and it was.

I love the balcony. It is so incredibly quiet. Far far quieter than any place I have ever lived. The trees, shrubs, flowers, etc give it a very residential feeling.

I haven't lived here long enough to have run into any maintenance issues, or to be able to comment on anything but the initial experience.
