Atmosphere is for OLD people, seniors all the way. Management are very cold and not friendly at all. Rules are very rigid with no explanation and no exceptions. It wouldn't take a lot to be very nice, but there doesn't seem to be a willingness to do so. The attitude is, this is our (owners) place and this is how it will be. Notice to renew your lease is VERY unreasonable, 90 days. If you wanted to look elsewhere, and found a place, they wouldn't hold it for you for as long as this. I'd like to stay here, but I fear not. Although landscaping is pretty nice, there is always TONS of trash all around the dumpsters and clean up is hard to come by. By the way, No Pets, not even a gold fish in a bowl or a bird feeder on the deck.

I'm not sure what is meant by "atmosphere" but since a lot of seniors do live here and you will see them walking in warmer weather, perhaps that is the atmosphere you mention. What exactly is the definition of OLD and how is that an undesirable thing for a prospective tenant? Also, without a description of the rigidity of the SPECIFIC rules, that comment is without weight. Did they tell you that you cannot walk around the grounds naked and did not explain why and were cold to you regarding this? Only specifics can lend any support to your statements. Regarding the "attitude" - this IS THE OWNER'S PLACE and the rules are as the owner sees fit. What rule were you unhappy about? Lastly, the no pets rule is understood before you sign a lease so that complaint is nonsense - YOU AGREED TO THIS. So that breaks your complaints down to: 1) Notice to renew your lease is 90 days 2) Trash 1) If the lease renewal is 90 days (I'm not sure), I wonder if management wouldn't work with you on this if your circumstances were extenuating 2) The trash IS INDEED an issue (my only complaint if I were to complain at all) The GOOD: 1) The grounds are peaceful and well landscaped 2) The "OLD" people are pleasant and fun 3) The rent for what you are getting is unmatched In closing, I have been here for over 3 years and love it here. Could I complain? Of course - the trash does bother me when it is full and overflowing. But I could go on and on about why I love it here so if anyone wants a satisfying living experience with great square footage in a peaceful, quiet haven, this is the place for you.
